Quality visuals lead to properties selling 32% faster and at a higher price.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the pandemic has accelerated the digital transition using various visuals such as virtual visits, photos, videos, drones, renderings and VR visuals to attract their audience online and replace traditional on-site visits.<\/p>\n<p>To address transition,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bkbn.com\/fr\">Backbone<\/a>\u00a0has chosen a tech-first approach and developed a platform that enables real estate companies to easily order all types of real estate visuals instantly. A realtor can now order photos, videos, virtual staging, rendering, floor plans, drones, virtual visits, advanced editing in seconds anywhere in Europe and be delivered within 48 hours.<\/p>\n<p>After a USD 1.9 million pre-seed round last year, Backbone raised USD 5.5 million in a financing round led by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vr-ventures.vc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VR Ventures<\/a>\u00a0with additional participation from existing investors\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wingman.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wingman Ventures<\/a>\u00a0and<a href=\"https:\/\/aceandcompany.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0ACE &amp; Company<\/a>.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/equitypitcher.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EquityPitcher Ventures<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tx.markets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TX Markets<\/a> also joined this round of funding.<\/p>\n<h4>Building the leading European platform for real estate visuals from Geneva<\/h4>\n<p>Founded in 2018 in Geneva, the start-up quickly grew across the DACH region.
