{"id":15127,"date":"2022-05-18T07:26:31","date_gmt":"2022-05-18T05:26:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/austria-press-agency-establishes-two-new-subsidiaries-in-bern\/"},"modified":"2023-07-04T13:40:34","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T11:40:34","slug":"austria-press-agency-establishes-two-new-subsidiaries-in-bern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/en\/austria-press-agency-establishes-two-new-subsidiaries-in-bern\/","title":{"rendered":"Austria Press Agency establishes two new subsidiaries in Bern"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of its digital strategy 2021-2023, the Austria Press Agency (<a href=\"https:\/\/apa.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">APA<\/a>) has created two new entities based in Bern: Swiss Digital Media Services AG will focus on APA-IT&#8217;s digital portfolio in the field of media and media-related services in the country, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gentics.com\/genticscms\/index.de.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gentics Software AG<\/a> is a company specializing in e-government and CMS solutions. After <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/en\/austrian-cms-vendor-gentics-software-settles-in-switzerland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">being founded in January as companies under Swiss law<\/a>, both companies successfully started their operational activities in May.<\/p>\n<p>With these two new companies, the APA Group is continuing its internationalization strategy in the technology sector. The objectives are to optimally support existing local IT customers and to acquire new partners and customers in the Swiss media and communication markets.<\/p>\n<h4>A stronger commitment to the Swiss market<\/h4>\n<p>APA already holds a 30% stake in the Swiss national information and photography agency <a href=\"https:\/\/www.keystone-sda.ch\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Keystone-SDA<\/a> since 2018.
