This new facility, located near the <a href=\"https:\/\/bioark.ch\/\">BioArk Visp<\/a> technology site, strengthens the region&#8217;s sterile drug manufacturing capabilities and positions the canton of Valais as a key hub for life sciences innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VIVA2\u00ae line features state-of-the-art aseptic filling technology, including eight filling heads and the ability to produce over 30 million units per year. Designed to meet the highest safety and quality standards, it is versatile enough to handle a variety of containers, including syringes, cartridges and vials. In addition, VIVA2\u00ae incorporates advanced technologies such as headspace-free filling for improved accuracy and a sophisticated process control system for precise monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VIVA2\u00ae also demonstrates ten23 health&#8217;s commitment to sustainability. The building is equipped with photovoltaic panels that provide a significant portion of the facility&#8217;s energy needs, in line with the company&#8217;s long-term vision for green operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Combining cutting-edge technology with sustainability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This new facility not only increases ten23 health&#8217;s production capacity, but also strengthens Valais&#8217; reputation as a leader in the life sciences sector.
