This operation marks a strategic turning point for the company, which consolidates its position in the Swiss market and extends its opportunities to Germany and Northern Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded over 70 years ago, Weepackup stands out for its mastery of the transformation of wood, cardboard and foam to create packaging solutions adapted to demanding sectors such as aeronautics, defense, medical and electronics. With over EUR 20 million in sales and 90 employees at five production sites, the company offers a global approach incorporating environmentally-friendly solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An international vision<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/fr\/weepack-specialiste-emballage-suisse\/\">Operating in Switzerland since 2021<\/a> thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/en\/services\/\">the support of GGBa<\/a>, Weepackup continues to expand with the acquisition of CDF Emballage. \u201cThis acquisition is in line with history, particularly for my son Thomas, who initiated the Swiss adventure and plays a key role in our international development,\u201d explains Jacques Gr\u00e9goire, President of Weepackup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new entity, located in Neuch\u00e2tel, will serve as a forward-looking base to respond effectively to customer needs in Switzerland, while opening up opportunities in neighboring markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition of CDF Emballage is part of an ambitious growth strategy. In parallel with its Swiss expansion, Weepackup is exploring other opportunities, notably in North-West France.
