Digital signage pioneer Navori Labs<\/a> has entered a new phase of growth following its acquisition by Maguar<\/a>, a German tech investment firm specializing in B2B software. The majority stake acquisition will allow Navori Labs to strengthen its market position and accelerate expansion across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in Paris, France, Navori Labs relocated to Western Switzerland in 2006, when CEO J\u00e9r\u00f4me Moeri began marketing its digital signage solutions internationally. Since 2010, the company has recorded consistent growth, developing an advanced digital signage platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and display multimedia content seamlessly. Navori Labs serves multiple industries, including retail, quick-service restaurants, corporate communications, and transportation, and distributes its solutions through a global network spanning over 150 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership with Maguar will provide resources and strategic expertise to support Navori Labs in expanding its geographic reach and broadening its product offerings. The highly fragmented digital signage market presents significant opportunities for growth, and the acquisition is expected to drive further innovation in computer vision and programmatic digital out-of-home (DooH) advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
