It combines rigorous core courses in business fundamentals, such as strategy, finance, compliance, and market access, with biotech-specific modules including regulatory frameworks, quality assurance, commercial strategy, and emerging fields like AI in biotech, immunotechnology, and RNA therapeutics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The curriculum is structured over three semesters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Semester 1 covers biotech business fundamentals\u2014ranging from entrepreneurship in life sciences to biotech finance and brand management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semester 2 focuses on biotech operations, legal and regulatory leadership, and strategic growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semester 3 centers on a capstone project and personal development tailored to biotech leadership, supported by executive coaching, industry networking, and placement services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Entry requirements include a bachelor\u2019s degree, professional experience (minimum three years), English proficiency (IELTS 6.5\/TOEFL 85 or equivalent), a resume, two recommendation letters, and a written case study plus interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GBS highlights that this MBA was co-created with industry partners to ensure that students work on real biotech challenges and build practical expertise for leadership roles in biotech operations, business development, product management, regulatory affairs, venture capital, and more. The school\u2019s accreditation includes IACBE and EduQua, reflecting international recognition for quality and relevance of its offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSwitzerland is at the forefront of biotech innovation.
