The funding will support the development of new retina disease tests, advanced AI insights, and system integrations, expanding the scope of its VR-based VisionOne platform for use in clinics, optometry practices, and biopharma research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financing round was led by <a href=\"https:\/\/fund.aryawomen.com\/\">ARYA VC<\/a> with participation from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dart.ventures\/\">DART Ventures<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zuehlke.com\/en\/about-us\/ventures\">Z\u00fchlke Ventures<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/medkap.org\/\">MEDKAP<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sictic.ch\/\">SICTIC<\/a>, Is Bank\u2019s AI Factory, Venture Kick, InaTec, Juchum Foundation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadfem.net\/ch\/fr\/home.html\">CADFEM<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/oomnium.com\/en\">OOMNIUM<\/a>. This mix of venture funds, family offices, and business angel networks adds both capital and strategic expertise to guide the company\u2019s next phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glaucoma and other eye diseases affect millions worldwide, with late diagnosis often leading to irreversible blindness. Traditional vision testing methods remain time-intensive and resource-heavy, limiting access. PeriVision\u2019s VisionOne platform, already certified in the EU, US, and UK, leverages commercial VR headsets and proprietary AI algorithms to deliver faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly visual field tests. The solution aims to improve outcomes for over 100 million glaucoma patients globally while reducing the burden on healthcare systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new standard in vision diagnostics<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The company has already gained traction with early commercial adoption and distribution agreements in multiple European markets. Supported by earlier recognition, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/en\/perivision-receives-ce-marking-for-its-visionone-glaucoma-diagnostics-device\/\">CE marking of VisionOne<\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/en\/western-switzerland-innovators-perivision-bioscibex-and-carewell-receive-support-from-fit\/\">CHF 300,000 FIT loan<\/a>, and participation in programs such as Venture Leaders Medtech and the Biop\u00f4le Vanguard Accelerator,&nbsp; PeriVision has emerged as a leading healthtech innovator in Western Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the round, Arijana Walcott, Managing Director at DART Ventures, joins the board, while Sanem Tatlidil \u00d6zal of ARYA VC takes on an observer role.
