The operations, carried out at Southern Hills Hospital &amp; Medical Center in Las Vegas, signal an important phase in the company\u2019s expansion following the FDA 510(k) clearance obtained earlier this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The procedures, which is a series of single-level and multi-level spinal fusions, were performed by the team led by spine surgeon Kornelis Poelstra, MD, PhD, of the Robotic Spine Institute of Las Vegas. According to Dr. Poelstra, the system demonstrated high levels of precision and workflow stability. He highlighted the platform\u2019s near-field robotic vision and compatibility with existing instrument sets as key advantages for clinical adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dynamis platform is the first multi-arm robotic system designed specifically for hard tissue surgery. Its architecture combines two independent arms for instrument guidance with an integrated robotic navigation module, aiming to improve control, stability, and real-time tracking during complex procedures. The system also features robotically adjustable end-effectors, known as Dynacans, allowing surgeons to use a wide range of qualified tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Continued momentum following FDA clearance and new Bern headquarters<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For LEM Surgical, the debut of the system in a live U.S. clinical environment marks a continuation of its recent momentum. The company previously <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/en\/lem-surgical-unveils-new-headquarters-in-bern-to-advance-surgical-robotics\/\">inaugurated a 19,400-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Bern<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/en\/lem-surgical-receives-fda-clearance-for-its-dynamis-robotic-surgical-system\/\">secured FDA clearance for the Dynamis platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the company\u2019s press release, CEO Yossi Bar described the first procedures as an important step in bringing next-generation robotic capabilities to operating
