Lausanne-based Schol\u00e9 AI<\/a> has raised USD 3 million in funding to accelerate the deployment of its AI-native learning platform designed for the modern workforce. The round was led by ACE Ventures<\/a>, with participation from The House Fund<\/a> and FundF<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schol\u00e9 AI develops an adaptive learning platform that delivers personalized, context-aware training grounded in each company\u2019s own tools, workflows, and internal materials. The solution targets a growing challenge faced by enterprises adopting artificial intelligence: translating rapid technological progress into practical, day-to-day productivity gains for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded by Vinitra Swamy and Paola Mejia, both PhD graduates from EPFL\u2019s Machine Learning for Education lab<\/a>, Schol\u00e9 AI is a spin-off from academic research conducted at EPFL and University of California, Berkeley. The founders combined research in AI-driven education with enterprise-focused product development to create short, interactive learning modules that adapt in real time to users\u2019 roles, tasks, and learning preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike traditional static training programs, Schol\u00e9 AI\u2019s platform dynamically adjusts content difficulty and format as learners progress, while remaining closely aligned with company-specific use cases. Its initial focus is on closing the AI skills gap by teaching employees how to apply AI tools directly in their daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company reports growing traction in Switzerland and internationally. Schol\u00e9 AI has collaborated with Harvard University on AI-intensive courses used by learners from global organizations, and is piloting its platform with Swiss companies including Swisscom, Decathlon, and Coop.
