AMP IT<\/a>, a Geneva-based energy and mobility company, has completed a new funding round that brings its total capital raised to EUR 7 million since its founding in 2021. The round was supported by the Swiss Technology Fund<\/a>, which provides loan guarantees to Swiss companies whose products contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The proceeds will fund operational scaling, further development of AMP IT’s proprietary software platform, and expansion into selected European markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded by Florian Mounayer, Maria Mozgovaya, and Ilya Tyuvildin, AMP IT develops, finances, installs, and operates smart EV charging infrastructure for residential buildings, commercial real estate, and corporate fleet operators through a charging-as-a-service (CaaS) model. At the core of its offering is AMP IT Hub, a proprietary web and mobile platform that provides real-time energy monitoring, AI-powered charging scheduling, and automated subscription-based billing. The system prioritizes local renewable energy sources and dynamically manages demand to reduce costs, positioning buildings as intelligent energy hubs rather than passive infrastructure. Clients include DHL, UBS, JTI, Honeywell, HUG<\/a>, and H\u00f4pital de La Tour<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has reported double- to triple-digit annual revenue growth since launch and has built a development pipeline exceeding 15,000 charging points across Switzerland. AMP IT will target the Nordics and Southern Europe as its primary international markets, building on Switzerland’s strong EV adoption rate, approximately 28% of new car registrations being electric or plug-in hybrid, as a proof of concept for scaling its model abroad.
