Logmind<\/a>, a spin-off of EPFL<\/a> led by CEO and founder Ketevani Zaridze, has launched Logmind v3, a new generation of its platform for analyzing operational IT data and identifying problems before they escalate. The release brings operational monitoring, investigation, AI-assisted troubleshooting, visualization and data processing into a single workflow, and has been available to customers since August 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company helps the IT teams of its clients detect issues affecting business-critical applications and infrastructure earlier, and analyze them more quickly using operational data. In the year since closing its funding round, it has worked with organizations across manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, food production, retail and transport, with recent deployments including a large food manufacturer in Spain and a Belgian industrial group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed over approximately five to six months, Logmind v3 incorporates requirements and feedback from customers across different industries rather than focusing on a single sector or use case. The company has also structured its commercial organization more tightly, from the first meeting and demonstration through to deployment, hiring a Chief Commercial Officer after the funding round and currently recruiting a commercial leader to take over the role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the coming months, Logmind plans to support the adoption of the new platform, scale its work with customers in Switzerland, engage with more companies across Europe and continue strengthening the product’s AI capabilities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
