En outre, ce mod\u00e8le r\u00e9aliste peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour mieux tester les m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les vaccins soient d\u00e9sormais suffisamment disponibles dans certaines parties du monde et que de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments soient mis sur le march\u00e9, le risque d&rsquo;apparition de nouveaux variants, qui pourraient \u00eatre plus pathog\u00e8nes et \u00e9chapper davantage \u00e0 la protection des vaccins, subsiste. Plus vite les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de ces variants seront d\u00e9termin\u00e9es, plus vite des contre-mesures pourront \u00eatre prises.<\/p>\n<p>La recherche sur le virus SARS-CoV-2 doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans des laboratoires de haute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 biologique, ce qui prend du temps et exclut m\u00eame certains types de tests. Ces tests comprennent le criblage de m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit et le criblage g\u00e9n\u00e9tique des composants cellulaires, qui sont essentiels \u00e0 l&rsquo;infection et \u00e0 la r\u00e9plication virales, et qui repr\u00e9sentent donc certaines des meilleures possibilit\u00e9s de traitement.<\/p>\n<h4>Les laboratoires de haute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne seront plus les seuls \u00e0 mener des recherches sur le SARS-CoV-2<\/h4>\n<p>Le nouveau syst\u00e8me polyvalent de mod\u00e9lisation virale mis au point \u00e0 Berne et \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Rockefeller s\u00e9pare la prot\u00e9ine Spike et la m\u00e9canique de r\u00e9plication du coronavirus, mais doit pouvoir \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sans danger dans des conditions de bios\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9duites.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me facilite grandement l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la prot\u00e9ine Spike et de la m\u00e9canique de r\u00e9plication en m\u00eame temps, ce qui imite \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards le cycle de vie du SARS-CoV-2 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat naturel.
