Depuis 1898,\u00a0LAVOIX<\/a>\u00a0accompagne les entreprises, quel que soit le secteur \u00e9conomique ou technique concern\u00e9, dans la protection, la d\u00e9fense et la valorisation de leurs droits de Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle.<\/p>\n

Ouvert depuis le 17 janvier 2022 \u00e0 Lausanne (canton de Vaud), le nouveau bureau est anim\u00e9 par Maxim Kuzmin, associ\u00e9, qui travaille au sein du\u00a0cabinet en mati\u00e8re de brevets depuis pr\u00e8s de 10 ans apr\u00e8s plusieurs exp\u00e9riences dans le milieu de la R&D, au\u00a0sein d\u2019une multinationale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les gaz, les technologies et les services pour l\u2019industrie de la sant\u00e9 ainsi que dans un centre de recherche sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la mod\u00e9lisation et la simulation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n

Selon le cabinet, la performance de la Suisse en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation est l\u2019une des meilleures au monde, gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0\u00a0de\u00a0solides institutions dans la recherche, tant dans le secteur public que priv\u00e9 et \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie bas\u00e9e sur la\u00a0connaissance et la production de biens et services \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0La Suisse a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au cours des trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, un environnement s\u00fbr et efficace pour la gestion des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle. LAVOIX accompagne d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs clients qui d\u00e9posent leurs brevets en Suisse. Cette implantation \u00e0\u00a0Lausanne va nous permettre de renforcer notre pr\u00e9sence en Europe et\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0l\u2019international et offrir ainsi \u00e0 nos autres clients de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper leur strat\u00e9gie PI\u00a0\u00bb, explique Maxim Kuzmin.<\/p>\n

Ce nouveau bureau est la cinqui\u00e8me\u00a0implantation en Europe de LAVOIX. Pr\u00e9sent depuis plus de 120 ans en France, depuis\u00a0plus de 10 ans en Allemagne, avec un bureau \u00e0 Munich \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres du si\u00e8ge de l\u2019OEB (Office\u00a0Europ\u00e9en des Brevets), LAVOIX est \u00e9galement install\u00e9 en Italie \u00e0 Milan, au Luxembourg depuis 4 ans et\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de correspondants \u00e9tablis dans 170 pays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
