Les entrepreneurs Thierry Kneissler, Pawel Kowalski et Benjamin Berger ont tous fond\u00e9 et dirig\u00e9 leur propre start-up, et comprennent donc les difficult\u00e9s que rencontrent les start-ups pour trouver les bons investisseurs pour leur entreprise. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre difficile pour les investisseurs de trouver des start-ups cr\u00e9dibles dans lesquelles investir, en particulier lorsqu’ils sont nouveaux sur ce march\u00e9 ou lorsqu’ils recherchent des entreprises issues de secteurs d’activit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n

Lanc\u00e9e en mars 2022, la plateforme de matchmaking \u00ab Made in Bern \u00bb SuisseFund<\/a> cherche \u00e0 combler cette lacune pour compl\u00e9ter les r\u00e9seaux de business angels et les plateformes de capital-risque existants avec une plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e o\u00f9 les start-ups et les investisseurs peuvent se rencontrer.<\/p>\n

Lors de leur inscription, des start-ups de tout secteur \u00e0 la recherche d’investisseurs fournissent une description de leur solution, de leurs besoins financiers, de leur \u00e9valuation et de leur argumentaire. Ces informations sont soumises \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification par SuisseFund avant leur publication.<\/p>\n

De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les investisseurs enregistr\u00e9s ont acc\u00e8s aux informations des start-ups afin de trouver des partenaires appropri\u00e9s. Une notification de la plateforme informe les start-ups lorsqu’un investisseur cherche \u00e0 entamer un dialogue pour lancer les n\u00e9gociations. Les \u00e9tapes suivantes du processus restent de la responsabilit\u00e9 de la start-up et de l’investisseur, SuisseFund se concentrant uniquement sur la mise en relation initiale.<\/p>\n

Une demande croissante du march\u00e9<\/h4>\n

Dans le cadre de la phase pilote, SuisseFund vise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si des connexions entre les start-ups et les investisseurs peuvent \u00e9merger gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une plateforme de mise en relation et s’il existe une v\u00e9ritable demande du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les premiers r\u00e9sultats du lancement du pilote public sont positifs : 60 investisseurs et 40 start-ups se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrits.<\/p>\n
