Ces sympt\u00f4mes sont r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs d\u2019une maladie handicapante qui touche des millions de personnes dans le monde : l\u2019insuffisance veineuse chronique (IVC). Elle se traduit par une mauvaise circulation, qui engendre une accumulation de sang dans les jambes et compromet la marche. Les cons\u00e9quences sont s\u00e9rieuses pour la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes affect\u00e9es, et les traitements occasionnent de consid\u00e9rables co\u00fbts pour les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, il n\u2019existe pas de solution r\u00e9ellement efficace. De ce fait, la start-up norv\u00e9gienne <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clexbio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ClexBio\u00a0<\/a>entend tirer parti de son expertise en m\u00e9decine r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice pour traiter l\u2019IVC \u00e0 la racine.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise s\u2019est alli\u00e9e avec des sp\u00e9cialistes du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csem.ch\/Home?lg=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CSEM<\/a> \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel pour d\u00e9velopper un processus automatis\u00e9 de fabrication de greffes veineuses fonctionnelles, dont les mat\u00e9riaux sont compos\u00e9s de purs tissus humains, et qui s\u2019int\u00e8gre dans le corps du patient pour le changer en v\u00e9ritable tissu vivant. Pour financer cette recherche, ClexBio a re\u00e7u 20 millions de couronnes (environ CHF 2 millions) du gouvernement norv\u00e9gien.<\/p>\n<h4>Une matrice biod\u00e9gradable pour cr\u00e9er du tissu humain<\/h4>\n<p>Pour transporter le sang des organes en direction du c\u0153ur, les veines poss\u00e8dent de petites valves qui emp\u00eachent le sang de refluer en sens inverse \u00e0 cause de la gravit\u00e9. Clexbio a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un biomat\u00e9riau 3D microstructur\u00e9 que l\u2019on peut combiner avec des cellules humaines (issues d\u2019une banque cellulaire, par exemple) pour guider leur prolif\u00e9ration suivant une structure pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie et former du tissu humain v\u00e9ritable.<\/p>\n<p>La fabrication de ces implants r\u00e9volutionnaires n\u00e9cessite un syst\u00e8me de production de tissu en milieu ferm\u00e9 de haute technologie, qui fonctionne de mani\u00e8re automatis\u00e9e.
