La <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/fr\/biopole-va-construire-trois-nouveaux-batiments-dedies-aux-sciences-de-vie-dici-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">construction d&rsquo;un complexe suppl\u00e9mentaire de 23\u2019000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier 2021. Le Biop\u00f4le vient de signer avec la SICAV Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate pour concr\u00e9tiser ce projet. Cette nouvelle r\u00e9alisation confirme une nouvelle fois la position forte et in\u00e9dite du Biop\u00f4le et du canton de Vaud dans le secteur des sciences de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois nouveaux b\u00e2timents pourront accueillir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 500 personnes et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour h\u00e9berger \u00e0 la fois des bureaux et des laboratoires pour les entreprises travaillant dans le secteur des sciences de la vie. Ils seront situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sud du campus, pr\u00e8s de la station de m\u00e9tro Vennes et \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;aquarium Aquatis.<\/p>\n<p>Nasri Nahas, CEO du Biop\u00f4le, a comment\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0le Biop\u00f4le offre des infrastructures modernes et de qualit\u00e9 ainsi qu&rsquo;un environnement de travail agr\u00e9able. Nous sommes ravis, \u00e0 travers ce nouveau projet et notre collaboration renouvel\u00e9e avec Edmond de Rothschild, de pouvoir soutenir l&rsquo;expansion de nos membres au Biop\u00f4le, ainsi que d&rsquo;accueillir de nouvelles entreprises sur notre site.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h4>Une communaut\u00e9 unique pour les sciences de la vie<\/h4>\n<p>Situ\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.republic-of-innovation.org\/HealthValley\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Health Valley<\/a>, le Biop\u00f4le accueille actuellement environ 2\u2019400 personnes, avec plus de 130 entreprises et instituts de recherche pr\u00e9sents sur le site. A ce jour, huit b\u00e2timents totalisant une surface de 54\u2019000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits sur le campus depuis la construction du premier b\u00e2timent en 2009.
