De cette fa\u00e7on, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de leurs bras naturels, les chirurgiens peuvent contr\u00f4ler un endoscope\/cam\u00e9ra avec un pied et un pr\u00e9henseur actionn\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une avanc\u00e9e significative de ce syst\u00e8me est le contr\u00f4le partag\u00e9 entre le chirurgien et les assistants robotiques, qui assure un travail collaboratif pr\u00e9cis et s\u00fbr dans un espace de travail concurrent. Selon Mohamed Bouri, chef du groupe REHAssist, les actionneurs dans les p\u00e9dales de pied fournissent une r\u00e9troaction haptique \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur, guidant leur pied vers la cible et limitant la force et le mouvement pour pr\u00e9venir le danger pour le patient d\u00fb \u00e0 des mouvements de pied erron\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bouri a soulign\u00e9 le potentiel du nouveau syst\u00e8me, d\u00e9clarant : \u00ab&nbsp;Notre syst\u00e8me ouvre de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s pour les chirurgiens d&rsquo;effectuer des proc\u00e9dures laparoscopiques \u00e0 quatre mains, permettant \u00e0 une seule personne d&rsquo;effectuer une t\u00e2che qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par deux, parfois trois personnes.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chercheurs ont incorpor\u00e9 une approche de contr\u00f4le partag\u00e9 connue sous le nom de \u00ab&nbsp;pr\u00e9diction active&nbsp;\u00bb pour minimiser la fatigue. Les robots dirigent parfois le contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;instrument par le chirurgien, anticipant o\u00f9 le chirurgien a l&rsquo;intention de bouger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;innovation au service de l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats chirurgicaux<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aude Billard, directrice du LASA, a not\u00e9 que le contr\u00f4le de quatre bras avec ses pieds peut \u00eatre difficile et fatigant. Elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab&nbsp;En incorporant des assistants robotiques contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par le pied et des strat\u00e9gies de contr\u00f4le partag\u00e9, nous r\u00e9duisons la charge mentale et physique sur les chirurgiens pour favoriser une am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats chirurgicaux.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude compl\u00e8te avec des chirurgiens en exercice a \u00e9valu\u00e9 la facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utilisation et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me. Le Dr Enrico Broennimann, qui a particip\u00e9 aux essais en collaboration avec la Fondation Suisse pour l&rsquo;Innovation et la Formation en Chirurgie, a attest\u00e9 de la praticit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;apprentissage de cette comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que d&rsquo;autres tests et am\u00e9liorations du syst\u00e8me sont en cours, les r\u00e9sultats actuels confirment la faisabilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches chirurgicales \u00e0 quatre bras sans formation intensive. Les strat\u00e9gies de contr\u00f4le partag\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9es pour r\u00e9duire la charge de travail, am\u00e9liorer les performances, augmenter la
