Chaque ann\u00e9e, la Suisse jette plus de 80&rsquo;000 tonnes d&rsquo;orge de brasserie, une ressource pourtant riche en prot\u00e9ines. ProSeed exploite ce potentiel sous-utilis\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er des ingr\u00e9dients nutritifs, riches en prot\u00e9ines et pauvres en glucides, r\u00e9pondant ainsi \u00e0 la demande de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res locales et durables de l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;approche de ProSeed n&rsquo;est pas seulement respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement, elle est aussi \u00e9conomiquement viable. Elle offre aux brasseries un moyen simple de convertir leurs grains r\u00e9siduels en flocons d&rsquo;orge de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi des revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires et r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement les d\u00e9chets. Le processus consiste \u00e0 installer des unit\u00e9s de traitement dans les brasseries pour convertir les grains r\u00e9siduels en flocons d&rsquo;orge, qui sont ensuite fournis \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de fabricants d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients. Ce mod\u00e8le circulaire s&rsquo;appuie sur un processus brevet\u00e9 en trois \u00e9tapes et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ses preuves avec la vente r\u00e9ussie de plus de 8&rsquo;500 baguettes de farine prot\u00e9in\u00e9e \u00e0 base de flocons d&rsquo;orge en collaboration avec une grande boulangerie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondation-fit.ch\/fr\/prets-et-bourses\/nos-soutiens-aux-start-ups\/vertical-food-hospitality\/fit-food-tech\">pr\u00eat FoodTech de la FIT<\/a> d&rsquo;un montant de 100&rsquo;000 CHF permettra \u00e0 ProSeed d&rsquo;optimiser sa technologie, d&rsquo;augmenter sa capacit\u00e9 de production et d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre sa port\u00e9e commerciale. La start-up vise \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des revenus d&rsquo;ici 2025, marquant ainsi une \u00e9tape cruciale dans la r\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 des ingr\u00e9dients alimentaires durables et dans la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement europ\u00e9enne durable pour les sous-produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux recycl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;initiative de ProSeed ne s&rsquo;attaque pas seulement au probl\u00e8me critique des d\u00e9chets alimentaires, mais offre \u00e9galement une solution durable et innovante qui profite \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement, aux industries alimentaires et aux consommateurs.
