Ce soutien financier lui permettra de poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement de sa technologie pionni\u00e8re de fermentation du myc\u00e9lium, qui transforme les flux secondaires agricoles en aliments durables de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure pour les poissons et fruits de mer d&rsquo;\u00e9levage. L&rsquo;engagement de l&rsquo;entreprise en faveur des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) est le moteur de son innovation dans la cr\u00e9ation de produits \u00e9conomiquement viables et nutritionnellement avanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e par Constantin Marakhov, Sean Wassermann et John Ericsson, Kidemis a son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Zollikofen (canton de Berne) et rel\u00e8ve les d\u00e9fis cruciaux de la durabilit\u00e9 dans le secteur de l&rsquo;alimentation aquatique. Le march\u00e9 mondial de l&rsquo;alimentation aquatique avoisinant les CHF 80 milliards par an, la demande d&rsquo;alternatives durables aux farines de poisson traditionnelles est urgente en raison de l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement continu des ressources oc\u00e9aniques et de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution vers des r\u00e9gimes alimentaires plus sains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonds de Venture Kick permettront \u00e0 Kidemis de faire progresser ses innovations biotechnologiques \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e bernoise (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bfh.ch\/fr\/\">BFH-HAFL<\/a>), o\u00f9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe m\u00e8ne actuellement des essais intensifs sur des poissons vivants. Ces essais sont essentiels pour affiner leur produit afin qu&rsquo;il r\u00e9ponde aux normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es requises pour \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre
