Le projet, en pr\u00e9paration depuis pr\u00e8s de deux ans, marque un progr\u00e8s significatif dans l&rsquo;engagement de Symbio pour l&rsquo;innovation dans la technologie de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;investissement, estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ CHF 12 millions, couvre le co\u00fbt du terrain et du b\u00e2timent, ainsi que l&rsquo;acquisition de mat\u00e9riaux et \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques. Le nouveau site s&rsquo;\u00e9tendra sur une parcelle commerciale de 6\u2019600 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. L&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e communale de Corminboeuf avait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment approuv\u00e9 la vente du terrain en d\u00e9cembre 2022, facilitant ainsi ce projet ambitieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement h\u00e9berg\u00e9e dans les locaux de Michelin Recherche et Technologie SA \u00e0 Givisiez (canton de Fribourg), Symbio pr\u00e9voit de transitionner vers ses propres locaux d&rsquo;ici le premier trimestre 2026. Ce d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement permettra \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer ses capacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement et de gagner en autonomie op\u00e9rationnelle. Le nouveau b\u00e2timent, mesurant 40 m\u00e8tres de large et totalisant 2,500 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d&rsquo;espace de travail, comprendra une halle principale avec des ateliers, des laboratoires, des bancs d&rsquo;essai, et des zones administratives sur deux \u00e9tages. Il sera \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur des installations techniques pour chauffer les locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fond\u00e9e fin 2019 par Michelin et le fabricant d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements automobiles Faurecia (devenu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faurecia.com\/\">Forvia<\/a>), et r\u00e9cemment rejointe par le groupe automobile <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stellantis.com\/fr\">Stellantis<\/a>, Symbio a connu une croissance rapide. Partant d&rsquo;un modeste d\u00e9but, l&rsquo;entreprise a \u00e9tendu son effectif \u00e0 750 employ\u00e9s, avec des plans pour augmenter encore son personnel \u00e0 Corminboeuf \u00e0 35.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La proximit\u00e9 avec le centre de recherche de Michelin permettra \u00e0 Symbio de continuer \u00e0 utiliser des \u00e9quipements de mesure sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, renfor\u00e7ant son engagement \u00e0 maintenir son expertise dans la technologie des piles \u00e0 combustible dans le canton de Fribourg. Cette localisation strat\u00e9gique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un solide r\u00e9seau de sous-traitants et du soutien continu de l&rsquo;agence de promotion \u00e9conomique du canton de Fribourg (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promfr.ch\/\">PromFR<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce d\u00e9veloppement intervient alors que Symbio se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&rsquo;international, avec des investissements importants dans une grande usine de production en France et une usine d&rsquo;assemblage aux \u00c9tats-Unis, t\u00e9moignant de son influence croissante dans l&rsquo;industrie
