Ces puces, qui font partie int\u00e9grante du nouveau syst\u00e8me de tomosynth\u00e8se num\u00e9rique de Nanox, promettent de transformer l&rsquo;imagerie m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 rayons X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mission de Nanox est d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la d\u00e9tection et le traitement pr\u00e9coces en permettant aux institutions m\u00e9dicales d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer des syst\u00e8mes de bout en bout ou des approches modulaires qui int\u00e8grent les technologies Nanox. Contrairement aux tubes \u00e0 rayons X \u00e0 cathode chaude traditionnels, le syst\u00e8me de Nanox utilise un tube \u00e0 cathode froide qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un flux d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;une puce d&rsquo;\u00e9mission de champ. Cette approche, qui utilise les puces MEMS microfabriqu\u00e9es du CSEM, permet une meilleure visualisation des structures anatomiques, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la pr\u00e9cision du diagnostic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette collaboration s&rsquo;appuie sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csem.ch\/fr\/services-sur-mesure\/mems-foundry-services\/\">30 ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du CSEM en mati\u00e8re de technologie MEMS<\/a>, la production ayant lieu dans sa salle blanche ultramoderne pour les plaquettes de 150 mm. La puce MEMS se compose de millions de nanoc\u00f4nes de forme uniforme, chacun d&rsquo;une taille de quelques centaines de nanom\u00e8tres, qui permettent une \u00e9mission efficace d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons. Thomas Overstolz, ing\u00e9nieur principal en recherche et d\u00e9veloppement, a soulign\u00e9 la pr\u00e9cision requise pour d\u00e9velopper ces puces, qui impliquent un processus de gravure \u00e9lectrochimique unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premiers essais ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats prometteurs, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 la phase suivante d&rsquo;affinement du processus de microfabrication en collaboration avec Nanox. L&rsquo;objectif est de produire \u00e0 terme des puces MEMS \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle industrielle pour Nanox, M. Overstolz d\u00e9clarant : \u00ab&nbsp;Le CSEM est \u00e9galement pr\u00eat \u00e0 produire la puce MEMS \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle industrielle pour Nanox.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une technologie d&rsquo;imagerie m\u00e9dicale r\u00e9volutionnaire<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me innovant Nanox.ARC d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Nanox offre plusieurs avantages par rapport aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;imagerie conventionnels. Le tube \u00e0 cathode froide, contrairement aux tubes \u00e0 cathode chaude conventionnels, ne n\u00e9cessite pas d&rsquo;alimentation en veille et peut \u00eatre allum\u00e9 et \u00e9teint instantan\u00e9ment. Cette caract\u00e9ristique permet de placer plusieurs tubes, ou des puces dans un seul tube, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 les uns des autres, am\u00e9liorant ainsi les capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;imagerie sans risque de rayonnement de rayons X provenant de sources voisines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jim Dara, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Source &amp; Services Division de Nanox, s&rsquo;est f\u00e9licit\u00e9 de ce partenariat : \u00ab&nbsp;Nous appr\u00e9cions grandement le professionnalisme dont a fait preuve l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du CSEM.
