Ce partenariat a pour but de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation des taux d&rsquo;infertilit\u00e9 et aux co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s des traitements de f\u00e9condation in vitro (FIV), en offrant une solution plus accessible et plus efficace. Le projet de 21 mois est soutenu par Innosuisse et se concentre sur le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un dispositif m\u00e9dical de pointe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le domaine critique des soins aux patients, il est essentiel d&rsquo;intervenir \u00e0 temps. Pour les femmes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&rsquo;une assistance m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 la procr\u00e9ation (AMP), cela implique des visites cliniques fr\u00e9quentes pour des analyses de sang. Les m\u00e9thodes actuelles, y compris la surveillance hormonale par l&rsquo;urine, la salive et la sueur, n&rsquo;ont pas la pr\u00e9cision et l&rsquo;imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires pour une prise de d\u00e9cision clinique en temps r\u00e9el. Aucun autre moniteur sur le march\u00e9 ne peut fournir la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es requises pour les trois hormones essentielles \u00e0 la FIV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dispositif CERES d&rsquo;Impli utilise le liquide interstitiel sous-cutan\u00e9 (ISF) pour surveiller les hormones pendant 30 jours gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie de d\u00e9tection \u00e9lectrochimique. \u00ab C&rsquo;est un bond en avant par rapport \u00e0 la nature invasive des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements sanguins \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Anna Luisa Schaffgotsch, fondatrice et CEO d&rsquo;Impli. \u00ab CERES offre une r\u00e9solution jusqu&rsquo;alors impossible \u00e0 atteindre, sans \u00eatre affect\u00e9 par les variations qui peuvent fausser les relev\u00e9s sanguins ou urinaires. Comme il est implantable, l&rsquo;erreur de l&rsquo;utilisateur est minimis\u00e9e et la commodit\u00e9 pour le patient est maximis\u00e9e. Cela change la donne en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9cision des mesures hormonales. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Impli et Yalosys ont fabriqu\u00e9 les premiers prototypes et ont men\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les essais en laboratoire.
