R\u00e9alis\u00e9e en collaboration avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitrocell.com\/\">Vitrocell Systems<\/a>, l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unibe.ch\/\">Universit\u00e9 de Berne<\/a> et l&rsquo;Institut Helmholtz de recherche pharmaceutique de la Sarre (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.helmholtz-hips.de\/en\/\">HIPS<\/a>), l&rsquo;\u00e9tude valide le potentiel du mod\u00e8le de poumon sur puce d&rsquo;AlveoliX en tant qu&rsquo;outil pr\u00e9cis pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des maladies respiratoires et l&rsquo;essai de traitements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab A stretchable human lung-on-chip model of alveolar inflammation for evaluating anti-inflammatory drug response \u00bb, d\u00e9montre comment la technologie Lung-on-Chip d&rsquo;AlveoliX imite le microenvironnement des alv\u00e9oles humaines, simulant \u00e9troitement \u00e0 la fois la dynamique respiratoire et les conditions des maladies inflammatoires. Ce mod\u00e8le innovant permet d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier des maladies respiratoires complexes, notamment la broncho-pneumopathie chronique obstructive (BPCO), l&rsquo;asthme, la fibrose pulmonaire et le syndrome de d\u00e9tresse respiratoire aigu\u00eb (SDRA), et offre une approche plus pr\u00e9dictive du d\u00e9pistage des m\u00e9dicaments et des tests de toxicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me Lung-on-Chip utilise des cellules d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de patients, ce qui permet aux chercheurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer des r\u00e9ponses th\u00e9rapeutiques personnalis\u00e9es et de combler le foss\u00e9 entre la recherche pr\u00e9clinique et la recherche clinique.
