Cette nouvelle plateforme permet de mesurer de mani\u00e8re automatis\u00e9e et \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit la solubilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation des compos\u00e9s m\u00e9dicamenteux, un processus essentiel dans le d\u00e9veloppement de produits pharmaceutiques, bioth\u00e9rapeutiques et de formulations chimiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de plus de dix ans de recherche \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epfl.ch\/\">EPFL<\/a>, la technologie d&rsquo;ORYL est bas\u00e9e sur la diffusion harmonique secondaire, une technique laser hautement sensible qui explore les structures mol\u00e9culaires et le comportement des particules dans des environnements liquides. L&rsquo;ORYL F1 adapte cette m\u00e9thode \u00e0 un format automatis\u00e9 \u00e0 96 et 384 puits, permettant aux chercheurs de cribler des plaques enti\u00e8res en seulement 15 minutes, soit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 fois plus rapidement que les syst\u00e8mes HPLC traditionnels et avec une consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons nettement inf\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Il s&rsquo;agit de la premi\u00e8re plateforme de solubilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation con\u00e7ue pour offrir sensibilit\u00e9, d\u00e9bit et utilisation minimale d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Orly Tarun, CEO et cofondatrice d&rsquo;ORYL Photonics. \u00ab Elle permet aux chercheurs de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer plus de donn\u00e9es, de mani\u00e8re plus durable, et de prendre des d\u00e9cisions plus rapides au d\u00e9but du d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9dicaments. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;instrument a d\u00e9j\u00e0 suscit\u00e9 l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des grandes entreprises pharmaceutiques de la r\u00e9gion de B\u00e2le, o\u00f9 ORYL fournit des services de mesure.
