{"id":37775,"date":"2026-02-18T11:50:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T10:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/the-canton-of-vaud-commits-over-chf-200-million-to-next-generation-digital-patient-record\/"},"modified":"2026-02-18T11:52:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T10:52:39","slug":"le-canton-de-vaud-engage-plus-de-chf-200-millions-pour-son-futur-dossier-patient-numerique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/fr\/le-canton-de-vaud-engage-plus-de-chf-200-millions-pour-son-futur-dossier-patient-numerique\/","title":{"rendered":"Le canton de Vaud engage plus de CHF 200 millions pour son futur dossier patient num\u00e9rique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le canton de Vaud a soumis au Grand Conseil une demande de financement de plus de CHF 200 millions afin de mettre en \u0153uvre un nouveau dossier patient informatis\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vd.ch\/actualites\/communiques-de-presse-de-letat-de-vaud\/detail\/communique\/demarrage-des-travaux-pour-un-nouveau-dossier-patient-informatise-dpi-vd\">DPI VD<\/a>), commun au Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chuv.ch\/fr\/\">CHUV<\/a>) et \u00e0 onze \u00e9tablissements de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des h\u00f4pitaux vaudois (<a href=\"https:\/\/fhv.ch\/\">FHV<\/a>). Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019un des investissements informatiques hospitaliers les plus importants r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en Suisse occidentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019investissement total s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 CHF 207,6 millions. Il comprend CHF 104,5 millions destin\u00e9s au CHUV, une garantie de l\u2019\u00c9tat pouvant atteindre CHF 53,1 millions en faveur des \u00e9tablissements de la FHV, ainsi qu\u2019un cr\u00e9dit suppl\u00e9mentaire de CHF 50 millions pour financer une \u00e9quipe de projet transversale dans le cadre de l\u2019initiative cantonale \u00ab H\u00f4pital num\u00e9rique \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 urgente. Le syst\u00e8me actuel, Soarian, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 2008, ne sera plus maintenu apr\u00e8s 2027, suite \u00e0 l\u2019annonce d\u2019Oracle de mettre fin au support. Plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un simple remplacement, le canton a opt\u00e9 pour une plateforme enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e couvrant la documentation clinique et des outils aujourd\u2019hui r\u00e9partis sur plusieurs logiciels. En novembre 2025, le march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9diteur am\u00e9ricain Epic Systems, sous r\u00e9serve de l\u2019approbation parlementaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat, le nouveau syst\u00e8me devrait am\u00e9liorer la coordination des soins, r\u00e9duire les ressaisies et les examens en double, et renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patientes et patients. Les gains d\u2019efficience sont estim\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de CHF 49,5 millions par an d\u00e8s la huiti\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019exploitation, avec un retour sur investissement projet\u00e9 sur quinze ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019initiative s\u2019inscrit dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/ggba.swiss\/fr\/un-programme-pour-promouvoir-la-transformation-numerique-du-systeme-de-sante\/\">strat\u00e9gie nationale DigiSant\u00e9<\/a>, visant \u00e0 moderniser l\u2019infrastructure des donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 d\u2019ici 2032. Parall\u00e8lement, le canton met l\u2019accent sur la souverainet\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, avec un h\u00e9bergement en Suisse, des mesures renforc\u00e9es de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et une gouvernance d\u00e9di\u00e9e afin de garantir la conformit\u00e9 et le contr\u00f4le \u00e0 long terme des donn\u00e9es sensibles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le canton de Vaud sollicite
