LEM Surgical<\/a>, d\u00e9veloppeur bernois de technologies robotiques avanc\u00e9es pour la chirurgie des tissus durs, a obtenu une deuxi\u00e8me autorisation 510(k) de la Food and Drug Administration (FDA) am\u00e9ricaine pour son Dynamis Robotic Surgical System. Cette autorisation ajoute de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e0 la plateforme, qui cible le march\u00e9 mondial de la chirurgie orthop\u00e9dique et du rachis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le syst\u00e8me Dynamis est une plateforme robotique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, bas\u00e9e sur la navigation, con\u00e7ue pour am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision, le contr\u00f4le et la pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 durant l’intervention. Avec cette nouvelle autorisation, les chirurgiens du rachis aux \u00c9tats-Unis acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 des fonctionnalit\u00e9s telles qu’un flux de travail bilat\u00e9ral simultan\u00e9, le suivi continu et ind\u00e9pendant de plusieurs vert\u00e8bres, et la quantification perop\u00e9ratoire du r\u00e9alignement vert\u00e9bral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La plateforme adopte une configuration humano\u00efde du haut du corps dot\u00e9e de plusieurs bras robotiques, permettant \u00e0 un bras de stabiliser et contr\u00f4ler un segment vert\u00e9bral pr\u00e9cis tandis qu’un autre r\u00e9alise l’intervention clinique. Selon l’entreprise, cette architecture d\u00e9passe le standard de longue date d’un bras robotique unique reli\u00e9 \u00e0 une cam\u00e9ra de navigation fixe, offrant un environnement chirurgical plus contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et plus \u00e9volutif.
