Cet accord permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de proposer aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de biotechnologie et de pharmacie un flux de travail int\u00e9gr\u00e9 combinant le marquage r\u00e9gios\u00e9lectif des anticorps, des tests \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit sur des mod\u00e8les tridimensionnels pertinents pour l&rsquo;humain et une analyse d&rsquo;imagerie quantitative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;offre est con\u00e7ue pour soutenir la caract\u00e9risation des conjugu\u00e9s anticorps-m\u00e9dicament, des anticorps bisp\u00e9cifiques, des anticorps th\u00e9rapeutiques et d&rsquo;autres modalit\u00e9s fond\u00e9es sur les anticorps. Les candidats marqu\u00e9s avec AbYlink peuvent ensuite \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s sur la plateforme de tests 3D de FluoSphera afin de caract\u00e9riser la liaison \u00e0 la cible, la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9, la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration tissulaire et la distribution spatiale, aidant les partenaires \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es biologiquement pertinentes et \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner plus t\u00f4t les candidats les plus prometteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plateforme associe des mod\u00e8les reproductibles de cellules humaines et de sph\u00e9ro\u00efdes tumoraux en 3D \u00e0 une imagerie multiplex\u00e9e et \u00e0 une analyse d&rsquo;images quantitative, permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les anticorps en parall\u00e8le sur plusieurs lign\u00e9es cellulaires tumorales et profils d&rsquo;expression de cibles. Pour les \u00e9tudes de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration tissulaire, FluoSphera utilise le microscope \u00e0 fluorescence \u00e0 feuille de lumi\u00e8re Viventis Deep de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leica-microsystems.com\/\">Leica Microsystems<\/a>, dont la configuration optique permet d&rsquo;imager en profondeur dans l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et de quantifier la profondeur de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration, la distribution et l&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 au sein de structures tumorales complexes. Ces analyses compl\u00e8tent les tests de liaison classiques en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant comment l&rsquo;architecture tissulaire et l&rsquo;expression de la cible influencent le comportement des
