L\u2019entreprise biopharmaceutique\u00a0Lonza<\/a>\u00a0a annonc\u00e9 la construction d’un nouveau complexe de fabrication de petites mol\u00e9cules sur son site de Vi\u00e8ge, dans le canton du Valais.<\/p>\n

Cette nouvelle usine s\u2019\u00e9tendra sur une superficie totale d’environ 2\u2019000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, avec six niveaux d’espace de fabrication. Le complexe offrira plusieurs possibilit\u00e9s d’expansion future pour soutenir l’offre de technologies des petites mol\u00e9cules, notamment les substances m\u00e9dicamenteuses.<\/p>\n

L\u2019investissement s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 un total de CHF 200 millions, et s\u2019accompagnera de la cr\u00e9ation de 200 nouveaux emplois.

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de construction concerne une ligne de production d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux mol\u00e9cules de charge anticorps-drogue (ADC), tr\u00e8s utiles dans le traitement de certains cancers. La nouvelle infrastructure devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelle d\u00e8s le troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2023.<\/p>\n

Cette nouvelle expansion de Lonza sur son site de Vi\u00e8ge fait suite \u00e0 la construction en 2020 de nouvelles lignes de fabrication destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la fabrication de conjugu\u00e9s anticorps-m\u00e9dicaments<\/a>\u00a0et d\u2019un nouveau b\u00e2timent de Lonza d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la production du vaccin contre le Covid-19 de Moderna<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fond\u00e9 en 1897 en Valais, Lonza est aujourd\u2019hui actif dans le monde entier. Le groupe emploie environ 14’000 personnes, dont une large partie sur son site de production de Vi\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
