Springbok’s new Lausanne office strengthens its presence in Europe and brings its AI-driven marketing expertise closer to Swiss companies.
Springbok has opened its first Swiss office in Lausanne as part of its international expansion in digital and AI-powered marketing.
Belgian digital marketing and creative agency Springbok has opened its first Swiss office in Lausanne, marking a new phase in the company’s international growth. The agency, known for combining data, AI and creative strategy, aims to support Swiss businesses seeking to move from AI experimentation to concrete, scalable results.
Springbok operates across Belgium and the Netherlands and works with major European brands across retail, mobility, FMCG, and services. Its approach integrates brand strategy, customer experience design, performance marketing and AI-driven automation. By establishing a presence in Lausanne, the agency seeks to bring these capabilities directly to Swiss decision makers.
Denis Libouton has been appointed Country Director for Switzerland. According to the company, his arrival comes at a critical time for Swiss organizations that are exploring AI tools but often struggle to generate measurable business impact. In the company’s announcement, Libouton noted that many brands test AI-driven content creation or lead qualification without achieving reliable results and emphasized Springbok’s ability to deliver solutions that scale across entire organisations.
Supporting AI adoption and digital transformation in Switzerland
Springbok’s leadership sees Western Switzerland as a strategic location due to its concentration of multinational headquarters, strong innovation ecosystem and growing interest in advanced digital technologies. According to Chief Growth Officer Tim Wolfs, opening the Lausanne office enables the company to provide direct support to Swiss companies engaging in digital transformation projects and seeking to deploy AI in marketing, customer experience and asset management.
With its new team in place, Springbok will focus on helping Swiss organizations improve the performance of their digital channels, strengthen customer engagement and implement AI solutions that deliver operational value. The agency plans to expand its services progressively as demand grows across Switzerland.
Springbok has benefited from the support of Greater Geneva Bern Area (GGBa) and Innovaud, which facilitated its establishment in Lausanne and its connections with key players in the Western Switzerland ecosystem.
