The French leader of “apartment-hotels” continues its international development with the opening of its first establishment in Vernier in the canton of Geneva.

With over 100 establishments in various major European cities, Appart’City is opening its first establishment on Swiss territory with the “Appart’City Confort Genève Aéroport Vernier”, a brand new 4-star apartment-hotel comprising 96 fully-equipped studios and apartments, and benefiting from a wide range of hotel services.

Appart’City has chosen Vernier for its ideal location, 10 minutes away from the Geneva International Airport, the Palexpo congress center and the surrounding business district, while being close to the highway to Lausanne and to the whole of Switzerland, and also 30 minutes away from downtown Geneva.

Several development projects in Switzerland

Thanks to the services of the Greater Geneva Bern area, Appart’City was able to develop a solid and lasting partnership with several local companies and successfully complete this first project, notably alongside real estate development company Aton. Several other projects in Switzerland are being considered at an advanced stage and will further consolidate this first opening in Vernier.

Already established in 90 French cities, Appart’City generated a turnover of 177.4 million euros in 2018 and employs 1,100 people.
