Lausanne-based start-up Precisia Care has raised CHF 1 million in funding to enhance hospital resource management and improve patient safety through its AI-powered, real-time clinical data solutions.

Precisia Care, incubated at La Forge within the EPFL Innovation Park, has successfully raised CHF 1 million in a funding round led by Therabel Pharma and Toucan Health Innovations. This milestone will enable the start-up to advance its AI-powered solutions for optimizing hospital resources and enhancing patient safety.

By leveraging real-time clinical data directly collected from hospital operations, Precisia Care’s system anticipates resource needs, reduces operational costs, and identifies clinical risks early. The technology provides actionable predictions and recommendations, offering hospitals a comprehensive tool to improve efficiency while ensuring high-quality care.

Addressing critical healthcare challenges

In a healthcare landscape where resource optimization is essential, Precisia Care’s approach provides a comprehensive solution to several critical issues. By utilizing advanced algorithms, the company’s technology predicts hospital resource requirements with precision, helping to mitigate the risks of over- or under-utilization.
