Lausanne-based preemptive identity security start-up Saporo is partnering with Columbus-based venture OH.io to lead its expansion into North America, becoming the first international company in OH.io’s portfolio.

Saporo, a cybersecurity start-up based in the Trust Valley region spanning Geneva and Vaud, has entered a strategic partnership with Columbus-based performance venture OH.io to lead its expansion into North America. Saporo becomes the first international company in OH.io’s portfolio.

Under the partnership, OH.io will embed go-to-market operators directly into Saporo’s North American operation, leading sales, marketing and demand generation, while Saporo’s Switzerland-based team continues to focus on product development. The two companies will work on a shared-revenue basis, with OH.io investing in the commercial expansion effort.

Saporo develops a preemptive identity security platform that helps organizations identify, prioritize and reduce exploitable identity exposure across cloud and on-premises environments before attackers can take advantage of it. Identity has become one of the leading vectors in enterprise breaches, and the platform surfaces hidden attack paths, lateral movement opportunities and privilege escalation risks that conventional tools often miss.

Founded in 2021 by Olivier Eyries, Guillaume Eyries and Eric Blavier, Saporo was named Best Cyber Security Start-Up in 2022, won the Tech4Trust Season 3 First Prize and the FIT Prize Jury’s Favorite Award in 2024, and earned ISO 27001 certification in 2025.

The expansion reflects the growing international reach of cybersecurity ventures emerging from the Trust Valley, the digital-trust ecosystem spanning the Lake Geneva region.
