Specializing in marketing localization, digital agency Wild Solutions helps brands expand between Europe and Asia. Establishing a presence in Geneva marks a new stage in the group’s international growth. Vivian Meriguet, co-founder of the Swiss office, discusses the company’s activities and ambitions.

Could you introduce Wild Solutions and its main activities today?

Founded in 2014, Wild Solutions is an international digital agency specializing in marketing localization. With offices including Hong Kong, Bangkok, Seoul, Paris and Madrid, we help European brands develop their digital presence in Asian markets. We have particular expertise in China and its platforms, such as WeChat and Little Red Book.

Our clients operate in a wide range of sectors, including medicine, cosmetics, watchmaking, blockchain, finance, insurance, real estate and tourism. We also support Asian brands expanding into Western markets, particularly Switzerland. To bridge these markets, we combine an understanding of local expectations with expertise in search engine optimization, social media, content and web platform creation, and AI marketing.

Why did you choose Geneva for Wild Solutions Switzerland?

After ten years of organic growth in Asia, expanding into Europe was a natural next step. Switzerland stood out for its central location, stable business environment and concentration of major international brands. Its multilingual culture also provides a strong base for reaching different European markets.

Geneva met several practical needs. Its airport and rail connections make it easier to work with our teams in Asia and travel to cities such as Paris. We also find multilingual and multicultural professionals here whose digital communications skills will be valuable as we recruit. Finally, Switzerland’s stability, Geneva’s reputation and the city’s quality of life support our development.

What does establishing a presence in Switzerland mean for the group’s international development?

The Geneva office is the base for our European and international expansion. It is where we want to strengthen connections between Asian and Western markets.

This decision is reflected in the group’s governance: Nina Cantillon and I, the co-founders of the Swiss office, are both based in Geneva. Our ambition is to make the Geneva hub a driver of growth and build a center of excellence in digital marketing with a team of specialists.

What kinds of clients do you serve from Geneva, and what needs do you see across European and Asian markets?

From Geneva, we currently work mainly with luxury and food and beverage companies. Their first challenge is understanding a digital ecosystem very different from their own. We conduct audits to assess how their brands compare with local competitors and adapt their brand storytelling. Working with their teams and local partners, including distributors and offline agencies, we then define a customer acquisition strategy with measurable growth indicators.

We also help Asian groups in retail, e-commerce and consumer electronics establish a presence in Europe. For them, localization often needs to be carried out at scale, country by country. For one Asian toy company, for example, we customize its platforms and marketplaces, adapting the language, sales visuals, local payment methods and user journey.

What are your ambitions for Wild Solutions Switzerland over the next few years?

From the outset, we have favored measured, organic growth driven by client recommendations. Our priority is the quality of our work and client retention, rather than pursuing revenue growth for its own sake.

Artificial intelligence is changing digital marketing. We are already developing activities in this field, particularly in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), which aims to improve brands’ visibility in AI-generated answers, and through our own AI video studio.

Our ambition is to build a team of 15 to 20 specialists in Geneva within three years, capable of advising and supporting brands over the long term.

How did GGBa and Geneva’s Office cantonal de l’économie et de l’innovation (OCEI) support your establishment in the canton?

I would particularly like to thank Iris Gaudras for her proactive support and kindness. As we began structuring our operations, GGBa and OCEI provided valuable guidance on legal, tax and pension matters and directed us to the right contacts.

I would also like to thank Michael Kleiner for his advice on the local business community and for introducing us to innovative organizations in the Geneva region.
