Nestled in the heart of Western Switzerland’s Health Valley, the forthcoming PULSE Innovation Center in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne is set become a destination of choice for life sciences and high-tech companies.
Encompassing a substantial 43,000 square meters of fully adaptable above-ground floor space, situated within two state-of-the-art buildings, and enhanced by 27,000 square meters of underground space allocated for parking, storage, and technical purposes, the PULSE Innovation Center aims to become one of Western Switzerland’s major vital innovation hubs.
